I’m Louie, the founder of The Body Program. After 6 years working in IT sales, I made a life changing decision to pursue what I truly care about: helping people take control of their body, mindset, and lifestyle. I know how powerful it is to feel proud of the person you see in the mirror, not just physically, but in how you show up to life.

That’s why I created The Body Program. To give people a clear path, real support, and a higher standard to aim for. I’ve helped everyday men and women transform their bodies, build confidence, and create a lifestyle they’re excited to wake up to.

In 2024, I started a local run club to help my clients move more, connect with others, and build momentum outside the gym. What began as a small weekly meet up has now grown into a thriving community of over 150 members.

We’ve built something special, a welcoming, supportive space where people of all levels come together to challenge themselves, uplift each other, and stay consistent. It’s more than just running, it’s about belonging to something bigger and pushing forward together.
