The Body Program.
This depends on your starting point, effort, and consistency but many clients drop 6–12kg in 12–16 weeks while gaining strength, confidence, and structure in their lifestyle. We’re here to help you not just look better, but live better. You’ll be amazed at what the right plan and support can get you!
We’ll build your plan around your lifestyle. Most clients train 3–5x per week and spend around 30–60 minutes per session. The rest is about following the nutrition guidance, hitting step goals, and staying consistent.
Both. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push to the next level, The Body Program meets you where you’re at. We’ve coached complete beginners, seasoned lifters, and everyone in between. We create your plan and map out your phases based on the information you give us on the consultation call and questionnaire information.
We need a minimum commitment of 16 weeks. That’s the sweet spot where most clients build serious momentum and start seeing major changes. This isn’t a quick fix, it’s about building a body and lifestyle that lasts. It’s not just about getting your the result, its about showing you how to keep it…forever!
You’ll check in weekly with your coach for personalised feedback, adjustments, and progress tracking. As part of this process, you can also schedule 1:1 calls to review your progress in more depth and get tailored support. Plus, you’ll have daily access via messenger for any questions or guidance. We want to be as involved and apart of your journey as you!
